Position Overview:
- The Exercise Physiologist supports the Sutter Sync HF multidisciplinary model by delivering remote cardiac rehabilitation and individualized exercise planning for heart failure patients.

- : This role is expected to be onsite at the Sutter Innovation Center at least 2 days per week.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's:
exercise physiology or related fieldCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, chemistry and physics.
