Monitors, educates and counsels patients/participants enrolled in lifestyle modification programs such as cardiopulmonary rehab and other primary/secondary prevention programs. This is a Full-time position!

Education:

Bachelor's degree in health-related field (e.g., exercise science, nursing) required Master's Degree preferred Certification related to field (e.g., ACSM, ACE, AACUPR) BLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date required ACLS certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date preferred We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Skills:

Demonstrated ability in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and lifestyle modification skills Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills. Demonstrated ability in computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience minimum Diabetes Care/Prevention experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE

$25.83- $ 37.98/hour ‎ Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set Annual Bonuses to eligible PRN employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
