We provide Corporate Health and Wellness services regionally and nationally, including Cardiac Rehabilitation, Health & Fitness Assessments, Biometric Screenings, Medical Physicals, and Corporate Fitness Management. Position Summary CardioKinetics is seeking a motivated and dependable Wellness/Fitness Center Manager to oversee a fitness and wellness center in Georgetown, Delaware . The center provides services to faculty, staff, and students and focuses on improving physical fitness, overall wellness, and healthy lifestyle behaviors.

Responsibilities may include:
Managing daily fitness center operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Providing wellness coaching and individualized health and fitness guidance. Developing strength and cardiovascular training programs and providing exercise instruction. Conducting fitness assessments, body-composition testing, health screenings, and exercise testing as qualified. Performing biometric screenings, including blood pressure, glucose, and lipid assessments (if applicable). Providing general nutrition and healthy eating recommendations within the scope of practice. Supporting emotional health and stress management through wellness education, exercise, healthy lifestyle strategies, and appropriate referrals. Leading basic small-group exercise sessions when appropriate. Educating participants on safe and effective use of fitness equipment. Maintaining strong customer service and positive relationships with faculty, staff, and students. Qualified individuals may also have opportunities to support the CardioKinetics Testing and Cardiac Rehabilitation Teams, including Biometric Screenings and Employee Health & Fitness Assessments. Qualifications Degree, certification, or currently pursuing a degree/certification in exercise science, exercise physiology, health, fitness, wellness, or a related field . Knowledge of exercise equipment, fitness assessment, exercise prescription, and basic exercise physiology. Understanding of blood pressure, glucose, lipids, cardiovascular risk factors, and exercise considerations. Strong communication, leadership, customer-service, and organizational skills. Ability to work with diverse populations and fitness levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. CPR certification required. Previous health and fitness screening experience preferred. All selected candidates will complete the CardioKinetics pre-employment training program .
