LiveWell Health is looking to expand its reach among the aging population. We are a private health and wellness organization that works with those over the age of 65 years of age. Our clientele consists of those who wish to age in place, those who have been recently discharged from physical therapy, those do not qualify for therapy due to chronic conditions, as well as the many other reasons for continuing an exercise program as the aging process continues. As a Wellness Coach you would be responsible for: One-on-One Fitness with Clientele (average client is 76 years of age) Group Fitness among community centers and senior living communities Building a book of business with an established brand Displaying compassion, empathy, and patience with clientele Creating and implementing exercise programs specific to each individual Willing to travel between appointments Cultivate and manage meaningful relationships within the senior care space The position is a commission based compensation . Our Wellness Specialists rank among the top percentile of earners when compared with Personal Trainers in the state of Florida. This position is for those who are motivated , outgoing and willing to put in the work to build a book of business. An established brand, with a strong work ethic will have you out pacing competing health and wellness positions. Wellness Specialists will be encouraged to begin developing a book of business by establishing relationships with other healthcare providers in the area.
