  • West Palm Beach Job description: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Exercise Specialist/ Physical Therapy Tech to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in exercise science, kinesiology, sports, strength & conditioning, physical therapy, or a related field who enjoys working directly with clients and wants hands-on experience in a performance-focused physical therapy and wellness environment. Our practice combines evidence-based rehabilitation with advanced performance and wellness services. You'll gain hands-on experience assisting with VO2 Max testing, body composition analysis, strength assessments, and rehabilitation programs while working alongside experienced clinicians. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatments and exercise programs Guide clients through prescribed therapeutic and strengthening exercises Help set up and operate exercise, rehabilitation, and performance equipment Work with clients of all ages and ability levels , from active adults and younger athletes to older adults Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment environment Provide a welcoming, high-quality client experience Assist with light administrative and front-desk responsibilities as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a background or strong interest in sports, exercise science, kinesiology, strength training, or physical therapy Is professional, dependable, personable, and energetic Has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people Takes initiative and works well in a team environment Is interested in learning about physical therapy, strength training, injury prevention, performance testing, and recovery Must have afternoon/evening availability Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or related field Experience in athletics, fitness, coaching, or rehabilitation is a plus What We Offer Mentorship from experienced clinicians and performance specialists Exposure to rehabilitation, strength training, and advanced performance testing Experience with VO2 Max and body composition testing Opportunities for professional growth within an expanding organization
