Exercise Physiology Tech

Tech Position Job Position:

Part-Time Activity-Based Therapy Technician Are you passionate about helping individuals regain independence and improve theirquality of life? We're looking for a dedicated and flexible Part-Time Activity-BasedTherapy Technician to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with clients, assisting them with therapeutic exercisesand activities designed to maximize their functional abilities. We are committed to providing personalized care and a supportive environment for both our clients and our staff.

Responsibilities:

 Implement activity-based therapy programs under the guidance of Activity Based Trainers.  Assist clients with transfers.  Motivate and encourage clients during therapy sessions.  Maintain a clean and organized therapy space.  Ensure client safety.  Learn and demonstrate Activity Based Training principles and protocols.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology (strongly preferred).  Ability to lift and transfer clients weighing over 100 lbs safely.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Reliable, compassionate, and a team player.  Prior experience in a rehabilitation or therapy setting is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

This is a part-time position, guaranteed for 18 hours per week, with primary shifts needed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and occasional Fridays. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply!
