Exercise Physiologist / Corrective Exercise Specialist Strong Spine & Body - Sandy Springs, GA Full-Time | Monday-Friday Help Patients Avoid Surgery and Move Better Strong Spine & Body is seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiologist, or Corrective Exercise Specialist to join our growing team. We specialize in non-surgical spinal rehabilitation, structural spinal correction, decompression therapy, scoliosis care, posture restoration, and performance-based rehabilitation.
Our mission is simple:
help patients get out of pain, improve their function, and change their lives through evidence-based care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with patients and wants to build expertise in spinal rehabilitation rather than working in a traditional gym or cardiac rehabilitation setting. What You'll Do Working alongside our doctors, you'll provide individualized rehabilitation programs designed to improve posture, strength, mobility, balance, and spinal stability.
Responsibilities include:
Perform functional movement and postural assessments Lead one-on-one rehabilitation and corrective exercise sessions Teach and progress individualized home exercise programs Coach patients through spinal rehabilitation, scoliosis exercises, and postural correction Track patient progress and communicate with the clinical team Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Educate patients on movement, posture, and long-term spinal health Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinical development Put people in spinal traction based on the Chiropractic Biophysics protocol What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field Strong interpersonal and patient education skills Passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping people improve their quality of life Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn Ability to work confidently with children, adults, and older adults Preferred Qualifications Experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehabilitation settings ACSM-EP, NSCA-CSCS, or other relevant certifications Experience with corrective exercise, posture assessment, scoliosis, or spinal rehabilitation Why Join Strong Spine & Body?
