These programs help individuals recover from injuries or manage acute and chronic health conditions. The primary goal is improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory function.
The Core Responsibilities Include:
Conduct Assessments :
Measure essential health indicators, including body composition, blood pressure, oxygen usage, and heart rhythms.
Design Custom Workouts :
Create personalized exercise prescriptions tailored to individual medical histories, physical limitations, and unique wellness goals.
Demonstrate Proper Form :
Instruct patients on safe equipment operation and precise movement execution to maximize therapeutic benefits and prevent injury.
Monitor Patient Progress :
Supervise live exercise sessions to track exertion levels and dynamically adjust routines based on real-time feedback.
Educate Patients :
Provide expert guidance on safe lifestyle modifications and movement techniques to promote long-term behavior change.
Document Clinical Care :
Write detailed daily patient encounter notes utilizing the standard SOAP framework to maintain strict clinical accuracy.
Maintain Patient Privacy :
Protect organizational operations by securing confidential information and adhering to strict privacy regulations.
