Duties Utilize Accu-SPINA technology to assist patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs through spinal decompression. Safely operate and monitor spinal decompression equipment according to established procedures. Properly harness and assist patients during treatment sessions. Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to their needs. Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment. Oversee and document patient progress. Maintain accurate medical notes for each patient visit. Inform new patients about what to expect during their treatment and care. Perform patient re-examinations as directed. Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the clinical team. Identify problems or concerns and proactively work toward appropriate solutions. Follow established clinical, safety, and operational procedures. Conduct routine inspections of treatment equipment and identify potential issues or safety concerns. Maintain accurate treatment and operational documentation. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and education to develop clinical and patient-care skills. Work collaboratively within a clinical learning team and contribute to a positive team culture. Answer phones and assist with general office and patient-service responsibilities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Previous clinical , patient-care, rehabilitative, fitness, personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, physical education, or a related field is strongly preferred. College education or training in personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is highly desirable. Willingness to learn and become proficient in spinal decompression technology and treatment procedures.
