Day Shift Job Summary:
The cardiopulmonary rehab exercise physiologist I performs a variety of clinical and technical tasks to create and maintain an optimal environment for the testing, training, monitoring of recovery and education of cardiac and pulmonary patients under the direct supervision of an RN, RT or Exercise Specialist Level II, They will serve as an advocate/coach to work with individuals who have or are at risk for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease, He/she will use evidence-based practice when providing direct patient care.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Bachelor's Degree in an exercise-related field, such as exercise science, exercise physiology, or sports medicine BLS by American Heart Association Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) by American Council on Exercise (ACE) or American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
