Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, with the ability to design effective programs tailored to individual needs. This role is essential in promoting health and wellness through personalized training and group fitness sessions. The Therapist will work closely with clients to enhance their physical capabilities and overall well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients in improving their mobility, flexibility, and natural range of motion Provide guidance on body mechanics and proper exercise techniques to ensure client safety and effectiveness. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to educate clients on the benefits of various exercises. Collaborate with sports coaches to integrate training regimens that enhance athletic performance. Maintain a positive environment that encourages client motivation and commitment to their fitness journey. Assist in health club operations, including fitness sales strategies to attract new clients. Experience Candidates should have a background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training or related fields, with experience in the following areas: Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to physical fitness. Proficiency in body mechanics and program design tailored for diverse populations. Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable. Familiarity with group fitness instruction techniques and best practices. Sales experience within a health club or gym environment is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote services effectively.
