Job Description Overview Seeking a skilled professional to design and lead exercise programs. Responsibilities include assessing health questionnaires, conducting fitness evaluations, updating exercise prescriptions, and implementing effective training strategies. The role requires strong communication, instructional abilities, and adherence to safety protocols. Excellent customer service, time management, and equipment oversight are essential.
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Create exercise programs for clients Provides personal training Fitness Assessment for members Use Microfit Employee wellness appts Equipment orientations Conduct educational classes or programs Part of weekend rotation Clean machines Help with special projects like moving equipment and deep cleaning
Qualifications Qualifications:
A 4-year degree in exercise science or related field and one approved certification such as (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, NCSF) required. Experience in fitness or related field preferred. Must obtain and maintain
AHA CPR/AED
certification.
