Flexologist/ Performance Specialist Not your typical fitness job. You have read books on anatomy, we teach you how to apply it! We're looking for high-energy, coachable people who are passionate about fitness, sports performance, and helping others unlock their potential. We have cutting edge training, that not only teaches you how to apply anatomy to real life situations, but also how to speak with confidence, create relationships and wow any person you meet. Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches that are customized to each individual. No two people are the same, it is the job of the flex to create the program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicable

Qualifications:

Bachelors in related field (eg. Exercise Science/Kinesiology) Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with client Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. Fantastic communication skills Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
