Job Description

Job Summary Collective Therapy is seeking a compassionate Therapy Rehab Tech / Exercise Class Lead to join our outpatient therapy rehab team within a retirement community in Fort Mill. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting resident wellness by leading engaging, structured exercise classes designed to promote mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals planning to pursue Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare career who are seeking meaningful experience in a rehab-focused environment. Your energetic and encouraging approach will help motivate participants to reach their health goals while maintaining safety and proper exercise technique. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take leadership in a group setting and foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:30am-12pm 1:00pm-2:30pm (Additional hours may become available.) Responsibilities Lead structured group exercise classes for residents Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide safe modifications as needed Monitor participant safety and ensure proper form Create an upbeat, inclusive, and motivating class environment Assist the therapy department where needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience leading group exercise classes preferred Comfortable working with older adults Strong communication and leadership skills Collective Therapy is a locally owned, therapist-led outpatient practice built on the belief that when clinicians are supported, patients and residents receive better care.
