HUMAN PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST ONORA
Longevity Institute | Chattanooga, TN ONORA Longevity Institute is seeking an exceptional Human Performance Specialist to join our growing longevity and performance team. This is a full-time career position for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping people live longer, stronger, and healthier through advanced testing, personalized training, recovery, and longevity-focused care. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Health Science, or related field Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification Certification or professional training in assisted stretching Experience conducting VO₂ Max testing Experience with strength, mobility, and movement assessments Strong understanding of exercise programming and human performance Knowledge of nutrition, supplements, peptides, and longevity strategies preferred Comfortable working alongside medical and healthcare professionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, energetic, personable, and highly motivated Passion for building long-term relationships with clients Responsibilities Conduct performance assessments including VO₂ Max, strength, movement, mobility, and body composition testing; develop individualized performance programs; provide personal and small-group training; perform assisted stretching; educate clients on recovery and healthy lifestyle strategies; and collaborate with ONORA's medical and longevity team. Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
