Job Summary and Qualifications Provide individualized, goal directed care to patients through the use of the systematic process of assessment, implementation, and evaluation. Ensures high service standards while promoting an excellent patient experience. Continuous work that will have scheduled breaks or breaks will occur at the completion of an assignment. The employee does not control the pace of the volume of the work. Utilizes the systematic process of assessment, implementation and evaluation while caring for individual patient and families. Documents data in a pertinent, accurate manner. Demonstrates appropriate judgment, priority setting skills, and decision making abilities. Consistently and effectively organizes and utilizes available resources. Adheres to hospital policy on Attendance/Punctuality. Attends educational programs by utilizing available resources in order to keep current in area of expertise. Demonstrates accurate utilization of nursing protocols/standard care statements, policies and procedures. Completes unit specific competency list. Responsible and accountable for professional conduct. Expectations Ethics and Compliance 1. All employees will be held accountable for attending training regarding the Code What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Bachelors of Science with an emphasis on Exercise Physiology and/or Kinesiology.
