Job Description

Overview:
Do you have an interest in the exercise science/kinesiology world, an outgoing personality, and love to interact with people? Fit For Work is hiring a Part-time Testing Technician to work with our post-offer employment testing team onsite at our client in Costa Mesa, CA. You will be working alongside Physical and Occupational Therapists performing hands-on employment physical agility assessments, as well as performing job analysis. Job analysis involves taking measurements of heights, weights, forces, and other various physical demands for a job position. Heavy lifting is involved, as this position has multiple physical demands. This is a fast paced, hands on role. This might be an ideal position for a college student who might be seeking to apply to PT/OT school, or in a Kinesiology/Exercise Science program.

Qualifications:
Strong interest and/or experience in a health-related field (exercise science/kinesiology/fitness) Outstanding communication and customer service skills High level of professionalism and dependability Ability to provide careful documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) This position does not require a college degree
