Clinical Exercise Specialist - Kaufman Chiropractic Kaufman Chiropractic, a high-volume, multi-practitioner clinic, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Exercise Specialist to join our team. We specialize in rehabilitation care focused on both pain relief and preventative health. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives on patient interaction, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality, effective care to our patients. This position will primarily be based at our Bothell location , with occasional coverage at our Monroe location as needed. This is a full time position. Salary dependent on experience and education. What You'll Do Conduct rehabilitative exercise consultations with patients. Collaborate with our doctors to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and monitor their progress. Administer therapies including spinal traction and MLS Laser Therapy. Perform orthotic scans and accurately document services and charges. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. Provide compassionate, professional care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with clients or patients. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Bothell, with occasional travel to our Monroe clinic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications Background in strength and conditioning, personal training, athletic training, physical therapy, or rehabilitation. Experience educating and motivating patients through exercise programs. Clinical experience is welcome but not required —we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
