Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in health/medical-related fields of study, or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 300 hours internship or Volunteer in Pulmonary Rehab, or 6 months direct pulmonary patient care, or 6 months teaching health-related topics to adults.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in health/medical-related fields of study, or equivalent educ/experience
Coursework/Training:
Course work/credit in Pulmonary Rehab related subjects.

ACSM Certified Exercise Professional Upon hire: AACVPR Certified Pulmonary Rehab Professional Upon hire:
AARC COPD
Educator Certification Upon hire: Tobacco Cessation Specialist Certification 2 years Pulmonary Rehab. 1 year Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer. 1 year Smoking Cessation facilitator. 1 year Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
