Pauls is a residential rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping individuals recover from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed therapist to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group counseling, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support clients throughout their recovery journey. Responsibilities Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team. Participate in case staffing and clinical meetings. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards. Qualifications Current, unrestricted state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
