Our team works in medical facilities, office buildings, retail spaces, apartment communities, and other commercial properties where quality and attention to detail matter. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, value integrity, and understand the importance of showing up on time every shift. Experience in commercial cleaning is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and are eager to learn. What You'll Do As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our clients.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Cleaning offices, medical facilities, and commercial buildings Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning interior glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces Restocking restroom and janitorial supplies Following company cleaning procedures and safety protocols Reporting maintenance concerns or damaged equipment to management What We're Looking For We're searching for team members who: Arrive on time and are dependable Take pride in producing high-quality work Pay close attention to detail Have reliable transportation Can work independently while also being a strong team player Are respectful, professional, and trustworthy while working in occupied commercial facilities Can lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift Are willing to complete a background check and drug screening if required by certain client locations Why Work With Pure Building Solutions?
