JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Masters degree in counseling, social work or psychology required. Licenses and or certification to provide counseling in the state on Arkansas. Experience Minimum of two years paid experience preferred with psychiatric or substance abuse patience.

Physical Essential Functions:

Ability to hear normal to soft tones. Ability to see near and distant. Ability to communicate effectively.

Non -essential:

Ability to lift 20 lbs.

JOB SUMMARY

Provides individual, group, family, and marital therapy to patients. Responsible for the creation and implementation of inpatient/outpatient treatment plans which will include: Assessment; Diagnosis; Problems/need identified; and, Treatment plan, goals and objectives. Responsible for psychosocial intakes, safety planning and assisting with discharge planning for post discharge care.
