We're growing clinics and We're hiring! We're Hiring, Morrilton! Full-Time Licensed Therapist — LPC or LCSW New Path Mental Health & Wellness | Morrilton, Arkansas New Path Mental Health & Wellness is expanding to Morrilton, Arkansas, and we are hiring 2-3 full-time independently licensed therapists to join our growing team! We are specifically seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care and want to grow with an established practice.
New Path already has established locations in Little Rock and Conway and serves clients throughout Arkansas through in-person and tele-health services. Why Join New Path? You won't be building a practice from scratch.

- Fully staffed front desk to handle scheduling, rescheduling, and administrative needs
- In-house marketing and support with practice growth

- Primarily in-person services at our Morrilton, Arkansas locationCompensation & Benefits$75,000-$110,000 annually, commission splitFull-time benefits include:

ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will:
- Provide ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered individual therapy
- Complete initial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Complete progress notes, assessments, discharge documentation, and other required records
- Maintain documentation necessary to support insurance billing and medical necessity
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable regulations
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow New Path policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, referral sources, and other members of the care team
- Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development
- Maintain all required professional credentials and licensure
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and consistent availability for scheduled patientsQualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active, independent Arkansas licensure required
- LPC or LCSW strongly preferred
- Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
