This position provides high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families by delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional wellness and recovery. As part of our integrated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, the Addiction and Mental Health Therapist collaborates with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes while providing comprehensive behavioral health services in a supportive and mission-driven environment. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide individual, family, and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Deliver crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute behavioral health needs. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required billing documentation. Meet established productivity expectations of approximately 6-10 behavioral health sessions per clinical day. Educate patients and families regarding behavioral health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources. Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and integrated behavioral health activities. Attend required trainings, staff meetings, and continuing education programs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, organizational policies, and all applicable regulatory standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field. Current Arkansas licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Or another equivalent behavioral health license recognized by the State of Arkansas. Experience providing individual and group behavioral health counseling. Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team. Preferred Experience treating substance use disorders and addiction. Specialized training in trauma-informed care. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Bilingual skills are a plus. Full-time position Monday through Friday
