What You'll Do:

Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans Document treatment, evaluation, and interventions in health records Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Apply psychological counseling techniques suited to inmate needs Collaborate with facility staff to ensure inmate mental health needs are met

What You Need:

Valid license/ certification as required Experience working with mental health assessments and treatment Strong communication and confidentiality skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team U.S. Citizenship required (facility clearance process takes approximately 3 weeks) About the
