About the Role Evolve Counseling & Behavioral Health Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist who enjoys working primarily with adults. This clinician will provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, stress, and other mental health concerns. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy Opportunities to provide couples and family therapy based on training and interest Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and establish DSM-5 diagnoses Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's goals and needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate Participate in case consultation and team collaboration Provide telehealth services as appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Arizona licensing requirements Preferred Clinical Experience Experience working with one or more of the following: Anxiety disorders Depression Trauma and
