Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources. Provide individualized, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that establish clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, coordinated care for our clients. Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning for clients exhibiting acute distress, ensuring a supportive response to immediate needs. Document all assessments, therapeutic interventions, and treatment outcomes meticulously and in a timely manner to uphold ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse clientele includes individuals, couples, and families who present with a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications To thrive in this role, candidates must possess: A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Preferred Experience While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with additional experience in family counseling, trauma-informed care, or other specialized therapeutic modalities will be prioritized. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is also beneficial. Compensation and Benefits Good Samaritan Marriage Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 80,000
to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
