Behavior Specialist / Therapist (Flexible Schedule) In-Home Services | Telehealth as Needed | Serving San Bernardino & Riverside Counties plus surrounding areas Samaritan Counseling Center is currently hiring Behavior Specialists/Therapists to join our BEAMS (Behavior Education And Management Services) Program . This role offers the opportunity to provide in-home and occasional telehealth-based behavior intervention services to children and families, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and positive reinforcement techniques . We are especially seeking professionals available to serve families in the High Desert , Low Desert, greater San Bernardino and Riverside Counties . Job Description Provide in-home behavior modification treatment services to children with developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, etc.) using ABA principles and positive reinforcement . Educate & guide parents / caregivers in behavior strategies and home-based implementation. Deliver treatment services via telehealth when clinically appropriate , ensuring continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client services and progress. Specialists have flexibility to independently plan, schedule and directly travel to clients' homes to maximize efficiency in the field.
