internships! Referral BONUSES for referrals who successfully become team members!! Crisis Action & Connection Program (CAC) is a crisis intervention bridge program. CAC receives referrals from ESU, PERT, MCRT, and Children's psychiatric hospitals. CAC works with kids ages 6-18 and their families to help minimize the crisis and connect them to long-term mental health services. CAC provides individual and family therapy as well as case management services. Services are conducted either in the home, school, or CAC office. Mileage reimbursement is provided. The therapist/clinician will work simultaneously with an assigned mental health worker or a parent partner. CAC serves youth and families from diverse backgrounds with a variety of needs. The therapist/clinician will collaborate with hospitals, schools, and other providers to properly connect the families to long-term mental health services. Training is provided, clinical BBS approved group and individual supervision is provided. Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
CAC Therapist/ Clinician beginning salary:
67K-70K, depending on experience and hours towards licensure.
Skills/Requirements:
Must have a Masters's degree from an accredited university and be registered with the BBS as an ASW or AMFT with a number. Excellent time management and organizational skills Use of own car, as services occur throughout San Diego County. Provide engaging services for families and youth Work dependably and part of the team Be solution-focused Knowledgeable in clinical theory and frameworks
