Description Position Overview Hollow Bay Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic outpatient behavioral health clinic located in Clovis, California. This full-time position allows for remote and in-person work, enabling you to provide essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Together, we collaborate to ensure that each client receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs, enabling them to navigate their mental health journeys successfully. Work Environment Our outpatient clinic fosters a collaborative and patient-centered work culture. With a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you'll have the opportunity to utilize telehealth services or meet clients in our welcoming office space. The atmosphere encourages clinical autonomy while promoting team-based support through weekly supervision and peer consultation groups. Clinicians are empowered to integrate their preferred therapeutic techniques while being a part of a multidisciplinary approach to care. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in both in-person and telehealth formats to ensure accessibility and effectiveness in treatment. Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that facilitate progress. Utilize a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic family approaches, adjusting strategies based on individual client situations. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses various aspects of client health. Maintain rigorous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring that all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity. Engage in continuous learning through weekly clinical supervision, regular training workshops, and peer consultation to refine therapeutic skills and keep abreast of best practices. Contribute to an inclusive and positive clinic culture that prioritizes clinician well-being, creativity, and mutual respect among team members. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LMFT at Hollow Bay Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds, those identifying as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and underserved populations. Your role is crucial in fostering a therapeutic environment where every client feels valued, understood, and supported in their mental health journey. You will be instrumental in addressing various mental health challenges, enhancing relationships, and promoting emotional well-being. Qualifications Must possess a valid and active LMFT license in California (please note that associate registrations are not acceptable). A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting is required. Strong knowledge of family systems, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent practices is essential to promote effective therapy. Experience engaging with diverse populations, particularly BIPOC and underserved communities, is highly valued. Proficiency in electronic health records and familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities and approaches aligned with client-centered care. Experience in conducting workshops or group therapy sessions is beneficial. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
