• 66/session) | Building to 15-20 Clients Per Week | Supervision Provided Sunshine Inside Therapy is a boutique group psychotherapy practice located in coastal Encinitas.

We are looking for a compassionate, independent Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or APCC who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to join our growing team. We are committed to creating a practice where clinicians feel supported, connected, and empowered to grow professionally. The Role

• Provide individual therapy in our Encinitas office, with opportunities for telehealth.
• Build toward a caseload of approximately 15-20 clients per week, with referrals provided by the practice.
• Maintain in-person availability with autonomy to schedule clients during weekdays (including Fridays); weekend availability is a plus.
• Schedule virtual clients at mutually agreeable times throughout the week.
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and collaborative case discussions.
• Be part of a close-knit team with opportunities to network in the San Diego therapy community. Scheduling This is a part-time position with an anticipated caseload of 15-20 clients per week. Because we thoughtfully match clients with clinicians, candidates should expect their caseload to build gradually over 3-5 months. What We Provide

• Availability to provide in-person and virtual therapy in Encinitas.
• Commitment to building a caseload of approximately 15 clients per week. Preferred Qualifications
• EMDR and/or ERP training is a plus.
