Founded by clinicians passionate about making a difference, our multidisciplinary team collaborates to ensure that every child receives the best possible care. Summary We are seeking Behavior Intervention Implementation (BII) Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children on the ASD spectrum and/or children with IEPs in a school setting (GUSD) implementing individualized intervention strategies. Responsibilities Deliver one to one ABA intervention to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in the school settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and monitor progress. Participate in program development led by the BCBA Attend Clinical Team Meetings Participate in continuing trainings Provide Parent Education This position requires traveling Document observations and maintain accurate records of each child's development and interventions. Requirements Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and applied behavior analysis techniques. High School Diploma (required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Negative TB Test DOJ Clearance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with families and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
