REACH TRAUMA THERAPIST II JOB DESCRIPTION
REACH is recruiting for a Trauma Therapist
II. REACH
is a non-profit organization in the San Jacinto Valley. We specialize in the prevention, intervention, and treatment of trauma due to sexual and domestic violence, childhood trauma and abuse, human trafficking and other violent crimes. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Clinical Supervisor, the incumbent will provide clinical intakes, and individual and group psychotherapy, using evidence-based practices that are effective for the service population. Incumbent will also provide crisis intervention and emotional support for crisis walk-ins. Required Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited university. Must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and in good standing with the Board. Experience working with trauma survivors with complex trauma from a variety of underserved populations. Experience providing short-term and long-term, trauma-focused individual and group psychotherapy. Preferred Bilingual Spanish. Salary $70,720 - $79,040/annually, based on experience. Pay differential provided for bilingual Spanish.
