at INSIGHT Children & Family Therapy Center We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, motivated Associate Therapists (AMFT or ACSW) who are eager to grow, learn, and develop their clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for newer associates who are looking for mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to learn from seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about helping clinicians grow both personally and professionally. This is NOT an ideal fit for someone currently looking to add on another existing private practice position. We are looking for clinicians who truly want to invest in learning, building their clinical skills, and becoming part of a supportive and collaborative team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For:
Passionate about working with children, teens, and families Strong desire to learn and grow clinically Open to mentorship, feedback, and collaboration Self-motivated and dependable Organized and professional Emotionally mature with strong communication skills Able to work independently while also being a team player Someone who genuinely cares about making a difference Willing to take initiative and continue growing personally and professionally Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Flexibility:
Flexible schedule Ideal for clinicians wanting to work 2-3 days per week In-person availability required Afternoon, evening, or weekend availability is a plus
