Licensed Mental Health Therapist Compensation:
Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly ( Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits) $40- 60/hour for Master's Level Therapists $50

This is an in-person role based out of La Mesa, CA Positive Change Counseling Center (PCCC) in California is actively hiring Licensed Psychologists, LMFTs, LCSWs and LPCCs to join our growing team! PCCC offers the opportunity to build a caseload around your strengths and specialties while providing collaboration opportunities with likeminded clinicians. Join our team to experience flexible scheduling, administrative support, and a stellar in-house training program. Licensed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentationFull Time:
Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5-6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week requiredPart Time:
Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policiesCompensation & Benefits Compensation :
