Siyata Health brings mental health care directly into long-term care and residential facilities, serving residents who are too often overlooked by the healthcare system. Many of them have gone years without consistent mental health support. Our model changes that by bringing psychiatry, neurology and therapy to them, on-site. What makes our program different is how our clinicians work together. Our therapists, nurse practitioners, psychiatry and neurology teams meet regularly and collaborate on each resident's care, so every patient gets a coordinated plan rather than disconnected visits. Therapy is a central part of that model. We're looking for an LMFT or LCSW to help build our therapy program from the ground up. You'd start with one-on-one therapy and then add group therapy as the program grows. We're launching in Long Beach, starting 1 to 2 days per week at $50 to $60 per hour, with a clear path to full time as we expand to multiple locations.
