No ABA Experience? We'll Help You Get Started! Prime Behavioral Solutions Inc. is looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable Behavior Therapist to join our team! Are you passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference in their lives? Whether you have previous ABA experience or are interested in beginning a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we would love to hear from you! We provide paid initial training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and assistance with obtaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. This position offers a consistent afternoon schedule and an opportunity to develop valuable clinical skills while helping a child build communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home. Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision. Collect accurate behavioral data and complete daily session notes. Collaborate with supervisors and participate in professional training. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards. Qualifications Previous ABA experience is preferred but not required. Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or related fields is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. Ability to meet applicable TB screening and background check requirements. CPI certification preferred but not required. Authorization to work in the United States. Dependability, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children succeed. What We Offer $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Paid initial training. Assistance with obtaining RBT certification. Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship. Consistent weekday afternoon hours. Paid CPI training, if needed. 401(k) retirement plan.
