School-Based Licensed Married and Family Therapist LMFT- Multiple Positions Available!
Duration:
ASAP- 06/11/27
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 30-35 hours per week (6-7 hours per day), between 7:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Pay:
$50 per hour
Location:
100% on-site in Montebello, CA.

Role:
Inclusive Learning Partners is seeking experienced Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs) to support students' mental health and well-being within Montebello, CA. The ideal candidate is a collaborative clinician with school-based experience who is passionate about supporting student success and mentoring future mental health professionals. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy Active California LMFT license ( Please note: interns and AMFTs are not eligible for this position ) Must have a Type 1, National Provider Identifier (NPI) Must be a registered Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service (FFS); OR Ordering, Referring & Prescription (ORP) Enrollment School-based experience highly preferred Experience providing mental health counseling to children and adolescents Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities Must be willing to complete criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) Willingness to complete all required ILP and state-mandated onboarding trainings Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to approximately 13 mental health interns Deliver individual counseling and mental health services to students as needed Collaborate with school teams, families, and related service providers Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support student success Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal requirements Promote positive social-emotional development and student well-being Employee Perks & Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Paid Sick Time, PTO & Holidays 401(k) Referral bonuses Supportive, responsive leadership team Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment status.
