You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with the option to grow. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children Collect accurate session data and progress notes Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills Support skill generalization across environments How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Consistent, compassionate engagement with children and families Reliability across assigned sessions and locations Accurate data collection and documentation Openness to feedback and professional growth Communication and teamwork

Pay Range Hourly Rate:
