About the role We are seeking an In-Person Associate Therapist with a strong background in play therapy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children (ages 3-12) and their families, utilizing play-based interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns. This is an in-person position at our Ontario office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in person individual and family therapy to children using play therapy and other evidence-based modalities Maintain a caseload of at least 12 sessions per week in person Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision Attend weekly remote supervision with our supervisor Engage in ongoing professional development and training Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals as needed In-person availability between: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Must be comfortable working independently in the office and responsible for letting clients into the building when needed.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling and Family Therapy, or a related field In-person position in Ontario, CA. Must be able to travel to the office. Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in the state of California Minimum of 1,000 supervised clinical hours completed toward licensure required at time of application Experience and training in play therapy or a similar child-led therapeutic model required Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and inclusive care Availability for in-person services Monday-Friday between 12:00 PM and 6:00
