Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) to join our team. This position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. The ideal candidate is client-centered, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care while working toward independent licensure. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues regarding client care. Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with California licensing requirements. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Registered Associate in California (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently while seeking consultation when appropriate. Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care. Preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families. Training or experience in CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, or trauma-focused treatment.
