Position Summary The Housing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Transition Age Youth (TAY) by securing and maintaining safe, stable housing placements within the community. This position coordinates housing logistics, landlord relationships, financial tracking, and compliance requirements to ensure participants have safe and well-maintained living environments as they work toward independence.
