Us Competitive Pay :
$22-$25/hour, with increases based on experience, RBT certification, and performance

Join a collaborative, growth-focused team where your well-being and professional development matter What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide direct, 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings. You'll implement individualized treatment plans created by our expert BCBAs, helping kids gain independence in: Communication and language skills Social interactions and play Self-help and daily living routines Reducing challenging behaviors through positive, evidence-based strategies Key Responsibilities Deliver high-fidelity ABA interventions using techniques like discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and positive reinforcement Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using our user-friendly digital platforms Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the supervising BCBA Communicate openly with caregivers to ensure consistent strategies across settings Attend regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus) RBT certification preferred (we provide paid training if you're not yet certified!) Passion for working with children, especially those with autism or developmental needs (prior experience preferred but not required) Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, and current auto insurance Clean background check and ability to complete Live Scan fingerprinting Afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability (highly preferred for client needs) Enthusiasm, patience, creativity, and a genuine desire to help kids thrive Service Areas We're actively hiring for clients in: Riverside Moreno Valley Perris Corona Ontario San Bernardino Hemet San Jacinto Colton Lake Elsinore/ Menifee/Wildomar, and surrounding Inland Empire communities Ready to Make a Meaningful Impact?
