Join a collaborative, growth-focused team where your well-being and professional development matter What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide direct, 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings. You'll implement individualized treatment plans created by our expert BCBAs, helping kids gain independence in: Communication and language skills Social interactions and play Self-help and daily living routines Reducing challenging behaviors through positive, evidence-based strategies Key Responsibilities Deliver high-fidelity ABA interventions using techniques like discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and positive reinforcement Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using our user-friendly digital platforms Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the supervising BCBA Communicate openly with caregivers to ensure consistent strategies across settings Attend regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus) RBT certification preferred (we provide paid training if you're not yet certified!)
