Full time About Sacred Tree Therapy Sacred Tree Therapy provides high-quality, culturally responsive psychological services to underrepresented communities. We use evidence-based approaches and support clients through personalized care. We currently accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and select private insurance plans. Position Summary We are hiring a Clinical Therapist for fulltime position to operate at Opsam Health clinic. Supervision Provided Clinical supervision is provided as part of this role. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver culturally responsive interventions aligned with client needs and preferences. Partner with clients to set treatment goals and monitor progress. Maintain accurate, timely documentation for sessions, treatment plans, and clinical records. Participate in consultation, supervision, and professional development as needed. Required Qualifications Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology. AMFT or unlicensed Psychologist eligible to practice in California (as applicable to role). Fluency in English required. Strong cultural responsiveness, professionalism, and clinical judgment. Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills. Schedule Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:
