We are seeking an Associate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT/LMFT) who is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. This is an ideal role for clinicians who enjoy working with children and families. What We Offer Weekly clinical supervision (for associates) with experienced, supportive supervisors Weekly clinical collaboration meetings (for licensed and associates) 15-25 clients per week Flexible scheduling with a strong need for afternoon, evening, or weekend availability Opportunities to attend trainings, workshops, and professional development events Malpractice insurance provided In-person and telehealth sessions available (training on telehealth platform provided) A fully equipped San Jose office—including parking, client materials, and therapy supplies A collaborative, positive team culture with regular consultation and support Competitive compensation packages: AMFTs starting at $50 per client hour (with potential increases). LMFTs fee split 45-55% part-time, or salary $80,000-$150,000 full-time. Pay range based on experience and client case load. Part-time to start, with opportunities to expand to full-time with salary and benefits package We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapy services to clients (children, teens, parents, or families) Maintain a consistent caseload of 15-25 clients per week Attend supervision meetings (for associates) and participate in team consultation Complete progress notes and documentation in a timely manner Conduct sessions in-office in San Jose and through telehealth, based on client preference Collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to exceptional client care Qualifications Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an AMFT or licensed LMFT in the state of California (We cannot accept Trainees or Associates on their second registration number) Experience and/or interest in working with children, adolescents, or families is required Afternoon, evening, or weekend availability is required Candidate must be able to commute to the San Jose office location Strong communication, professionalism, and desire to grow within a group practice setting Commitment to maintaining ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care If you are a compassionate therapist seeking a supportive team environment, steady referrals, and opportunities for professional growth, we would love to hear from you.
