Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as an Associate Program Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. Destiny Behavioral Health is an Intensive Outpatient Program that provides specialized treatment for adults facing mental health and substance abuse challenges.

Responsibilities include:

Have and maintain active licensure or registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions within an IOP setting. Deliver evidence-based interventions to support mental health and substance use recovery. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community providers. Perform crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments. Monitor client progress and contribute to treatment planning and discharge recommendations. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and ongoing professional development. Pay:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
