Dialectica Family Therapy is excited to welcome two Associate Therapists to our growing family therapy practice serving Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, and Simi Valley. Spanish fluency is required. This is a wonderful opportunity for AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs, and other registered Associate Therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive and collaborative private practice setting. Associate Therapists will provide therapy services primarily in person, with some telehealth available as appropriate. Clinicians must be willing and able to commute to one or more of our office locations in Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, and Simi Valley , based on scheduling needs and client demand. Must live locally to Ventura County; within 10 miles of our Camarillo location . The ideal candidate is reliable, clinically curious, compassionate, and motivated to grow. Responsibilities include providing therapy services, building and maintaining a consistent caseload, completing accurate and timely clinical documentation, participating in supervision and professional development, collaborating with a supportive clinical team, and upholding all California state regulations and Dialectica Family Therapy policies. , or another eligible registered associate status. Reliable transportation is required, as this position is primarily in person at one or more office locations. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This position offers approximately 25-32 client hours per week, maximum , with flexible scheduling available. Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on candidate fit, availability, and caseload development. Compensation ranges from $45-$70 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, registration status, caseload, and role requirements.
