We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Join our supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families! Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in home, clinic, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect accurate session data and track client progress toward goals Use positive reinforcement and ABA techniques to teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team Attend required training sessions, supervision meetings, and team trainings Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical standards and company policies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required) Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting At least 6 months of prior experience working with children (in ABA, childcare, education, tutoring, or a related field) Passion for working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Availability for afternoon, evening, and/or weekend shifts (flexible scheduling options available) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with increases upon RBT certification Paid comprehensive training program to earn your RBT credential Ongoing BCBA supervision and professional development support Flexible hours and a supportive company culture Opportunities for career growth within the ABA field Health benefits, paid time off, and bonuses for eligible full-time staff
