In this role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, primarily utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA), to promote positive behaviors and skill development. You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments that foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in behavioral health while making a lasting impact. $200 New Hire Bonus! Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of behavioral therapy and ABA techniques. Collect, analyze, and document data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene, to promote independence. Support clients during teaching sessions, social skills development, and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across settings. Maintain accurate medical records, care plans, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in team meetings to review client progress and contribute insights for ongoing care planning. Requirements Passion for working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Ability to collect detailed data accurately and maintain meticulous medical documentation. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams. Have reliable transportation Be bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward supporting client growth and well-being.
