Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves providing mental health services as a licensed clinician, supporting clients through individual, couples, or family therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate, effective care following established standards of quality
  • Conduct telehealth or in-person sessions based on personal preference and licensing
  • Utilize measurement-informed approaches to track client progress
  • Engage clients actively in clinical measures and review outcomes
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling and client volume
  • Uphold professional standards and contribute to a supportive clinical community
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
  • Valid NPI and active license in California
  • Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions
  • Strong clinical skills, autonomy, and commitment to quality care
